I contacted Bryan while searching/researching for a vacuum that will work on Mohawk SmartStrand Soft Carpet from a video he posted on YouTube.  I sent an email from Arizona and he replied with several options but moreover asked questions on what I needed the machine to do.  He is very knowledgeable and professional not to mention this is a family business of nearly 50 years!  Making a large purchase from nearly 3000 miles away would cause anyone to pause but Bryan's sincerity, professionalism, and the longevity of his business nullified those concerns quickly.  The machine we purchased does everything Bryan promised and is by far the most powerful machine we have ever had.  We named her "Betty the Beast".  With 2 dogs and heavy traffic Betty is up to the task with not a bit of hesitation.  We could not be more pleased with our new Aerus and thankful that we had Bryan to guide us.  With such a huge investment in our floor coverings we wanted a machine that would take care of our investment and Betty fills the bill perfectly.  Highly recommend Bryan and Aerus Richmond, VA.

They are fantastic!  Mr. Satterthwaite  diagnosed and fixed my vacuum within minutes, right before closing on a Saturday afternoon. While I waited, his incredibly charming father entertained me with stories from his 40+ years of selling Electrolux vacuums and took the time to show me some of the vintage units they have from decades past.  It was an absolutely awesome experience. The new Endeavor Plus is a must-have stick vacuum cleaner!

I wasn't shopping for a new vacuum but decided to give it try after seeing two demonstrations while having my Aerus tank vacuum in for repairs. It's easy to use, convenient and powerful. I was amazed at what it picked up in the 20 minutes it took to vacuum my entire house. I'll definitely be pulling it out instead of my broom and can easily see it becoming my go-to vacuum for heavier cleaning, too. Thanks again Brian and Bill for the excellent customer service!

I reached out to Bryan for assistance in obtaining a replacement hose for a vintage commercial Electrolux. He manufactured the hose and contacted me within one business day. He even provided extra fasteners at no cost. The exemplary customer service did not stop there. He offered me a great deal on a new model. The package was shipped quickly. Item worked perfectly. I am very pleased and look forward to dealing with him on a new vacuum in the near future.

We have had our Electrolux vacuum cleaner for 25 years. It appeared to be on its last legs, having never been properly serviced and somehow got dropped or something and cracked on the body. These folks came and picked it up and brought it back in 2 days! It works and feels like new. I almost can’t believe how well it turned out. It’s also hard to wrap my mind around how they did all they did with real Electrolux parts for the price they charged. I’m so glad I bought that thing 25 years ago and so glad I found these guys to help me. Quality doesn’t cost, it pays!!

I had never before bought myself a truly nice vacuum. This was well worth it.  Not only was the service truly fantastic and friendly beyond measure, but I realize now what I'd been missing out on.  I had already vacuumed with my old "cheapy" vacuum. I went behind it with my new aerus upright and still vacuumed a full bag's worth.  Makes me realize how much my other vacuum had been failing me. And the stairs!  So much easier!

I found Ray Satterwhite when I was looking for someone to repair my mother-in-law’s Electrolux.  His son Bryan not only fixed it in unheard of record time, but he also ended up replacing the entire motor, the hose, and the switch AND cleaning it up so that it looked like a brand new vacuum for his original estimate!!!  Essentially, she got a brand new Electrolux Vacuum !!  When I dropped it off for service, Ray  barely had to speak to wow me on the Lux Platinum Guardin Vacuum, and the Beyond Guardian Air Purifier.  I was completely sold.  I think it would be criminal for me to tell you the exact deal that he gave me, so what I will say is that it was definitely too good for me to pass up!!

Now, when I came in the next day to pick up my products, his son Bryan was almost finished repairing my mother-in-law’s unit.  In the meantime, they had numerous people come in and out of the store while I was there and Bryan not only helped them but ALSO finished my mother-in-law’s vacuum and it looked brand new when he finished!!  I actually didn’t recognize it.  I would definitely be remiss if I left out that they only use original parts, which I’m not even sure is done by anyone else in the Richmond area.  When I took it to her, she wasn’t expecting it so soon, and when she tried it out all she said was WOW!  She said it made her carpet look like new, it worked so well!!

Not only do I LOVE my vacuum and Air Purifiers, but I feel that I have made lifetime friends of Ray  and Bryan Satterwhite.  Their  store is a very welcoming place.  This is a wonderful product, and these are wonderful people that love what they do and just want happy customers and I’ll be the first one to tell you that they couldn’t have made me (and my mother-in-law) any happier.  With every customer I saw them help, I saw them give them exactly what they needed and always something a little ‘extra’, whether it was extra vacuum bags, air freshener, filters, etc.  Ray and Bryan are both perfect gentlemen, they open doors, carry products to everyone’s cars, offer water, a chair for you to sit if you’re tired...whatever they can do.  And always, they definitely have a smile and a kind word for you...and sometime, that’s just hard to find. 🙂

Aerus Electrolux....The ONLY name vacuum and air cleaner, that I've been using....I "HAD" asthma, respiratory issues....in my house?? Using the Guardian Air purifier and the Aerus Electrolux vacuum system??!! I LIVE IN, MY HOUSE IS a NASA "clean house!! NO MORE ISSUES!!
